    * The Scheme of Micro finance Programme was started in the year 2003-04. The Scheme has been tied up with SIDBI. The fund named “Portfolio Risk Fund ( PRF) has been created. An amount of Rs.25 lakh was released in March, 2004 towards PRF, hence there was no achievement or utilization of PRF for providing loans to MFIs/NGOs against RPF during 2003-04.
